Pros

Cheap auto parts for employees if you have project cars, get to meet new car people daily, nice not to sit behind a desk all day.

Cons

Management can be difficult to work with. Still a male dominated industry, driving a lot can be exhausting and frustrating in traffic.

Plenty of overtime, lots of work, learn about all different vehicles.

Cons

Terrible pay, back stabbing co workers, only advance in rank if you suck up to the higher ups, end up doing every one else's jobs

Good and fair to Team Members. Birthday buffets, bonuses and good environment to work in.

Pay isn't the best. Takes a year before you can enroll in 401k. Long hours
