Pros

I love helping people. You don't have to know a lot about cars, most of the time it's a learn as you go process (provided you have a good teacher)

Cons

They are a big company, so giving raises/reasonable pay isn't their forte. Also they only really hire part time employees and work them full time hours so they don't have to give you a raise/insurance.
