Pros

I love working with everyone at the Corporate office along with the people in the field at the Stores and DCs they are such great Team Members!

Cons

Maternity leave benefits could be better. Although I hope that in time this will be an issue that the company looks into, so that it is not only better for women, but also for the fathers.

Pros

Nice discount on most of the merchandise. I got to learn a lot about cars working here. Lots of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Not all that great for pay when they want mechanics to work there. Not willing to work with your schedule, should you need a specific day of the week off. Management has a high turnover rate. It could literally change from week-to-week.
