Good for high schoolers but not worth it if you have to pay rent

Flexible schedule. Don't need experience. Good for high school kids.

Cons

If you have experience in customer service or retail don't expect to get paid for it. Lots of promised actions written in writing and none of these actions followed up with unless you get your district manager involved. High turnover because of low wages.

employee discount is always good. no discount on motor oil though.

Cons

Over worked for the pay. promises of raise after years of employment and learning how to do even paper work for the store (so everything) and max they ever gave was a .50 cent raise.
