Pros
The best manager I ever had. I've worked at a few places and the manager/boss is usually not understanding, overworks you, or just doesn't care about you. This is the exact opposite. The engineering manager at OCV cares for all of his employees and will do his best to make sure you are comfortable at work. Gives plenty of engineering opportunities for students that might not have that chance. Great family working vibe. Great on a resume. This job enabled me to say to employers that "I have industry experience" before I even graduate.
Cons
Low pay, but it's in exchange for lenient-flexible working hours, possible remote work, fun-work time, engineering opportunities, and free food.
