Pros

The company continues to grow and expand over time. Work is fulfilling as we work with public safety departments to better their communication avenues with the public. As a team, we work hard and play hard together so we enjoy ourselves but deliver our products for our clients.

Cons

Sometimes there is so much going on that it is hard to focus on and prioritize what to do at any given time.

At the time there wasn't much senior talent to ask for help but my understanding is that has changed
