      Pros

      This is a great work environment. The work is fun. The people I work with are great. The hours are built around your school schedule if you are a student.

      Cons

      The current process needs to be improved so that the design process helps to eliminate chances of flaws that slip through cracks before apps are uploaded to the store. The pay could be better.

      Great Company for Entry Level Programmers

      Pros

      Amazing experience opportunity, I've learned so much since starting here a few months ago. The office is very relaxed, everyone is friendly and willing to help you out when you need it. Hours are set around your school schedule if you are a student and so it is a very convenient job for me as a student.

      Cons

      The pay could be a little bit better, but I make enough to be happy as a student and I'm learning a lot instead flippin' patties... not too bad.

      There's little to say here, but the proximity to campus is nice, the carefree managers make getting work done real simple, provided it's schoolwork or something

      Scarce wages Poor management Unrealized business model Devaluation of employees All in all, OCV limps along despite these shortcomings
