Leadership is horrible. Pay and work conditions are on the verge of a sweat shop.

The company is filled with great people that have the drive to never give up. It results in great teams and an informal company culture that makes you go to work with a smile.

Cons

The company has been forced to reduce in size that increases the workload dramatically and loses great talent.

There was a time when you could make very good money including bonuses and spiffs for the salespeople. Worked for a great Manager who I learned a lot from.

Cons

"Boiler room" mentality on the sales floor. General lack of communication across departments. High employee turnover rate particularly in the sales department.
