I would certainly agree that we have some exciting technology and we are transforming the Storage industry. I would encourage this person that claims to be a current employee, to review the training modules that you have taken at the company. The first one being the “Toshiba Code of Conduct” training that employees were required to complete. This training gives you the resources and avenues that you can use to address concerns you might have about the business practices of the company or individual behaviors that are causing you concerns. The second thing I would like to remind you about is that we have a “Whistle Blower” program that is completely confidential. This also was training that ALL employees were required to complete. This gives employees a confidential third party vendor to report any business practices by the company or individuals that are unethical or illegal. I would suggest that you visit your Human Resources Representative to address any other concerns you might have with your manager, business group or the company. It is in all of our best interests to investigate and correct if necessary any business practices or behaviors that do not make us a better company and supplier.
