Terrible management at all levels. They still treat the company as a "start-up" as an excuse to overwork employees for less pay than could be considered ethical. Sick days are considered a detriment to the company, so are highly discouraged. Constant promises are made to employees by management to keep them happy, only for them to be broken soon after (bonuses/raises, reduced work load, filling important positions, etc.). Promotions are very rare.

Pay is below average. The company hires new grads and treats them poorly. The new grads do not know any better so they are exposed and put up with constant belittlement. If you are a new grad I highly recommend avoiding this place as it does not set you up to understand what a true professional environment is like. To the more senior individuals, trust your instincts and you will know what I mean. Don't say I didn't warn you! I can truthfully say that a top level executive in this company is equivalent, in demeanor, to a regular manager at any other 'credible' company. They just aren't very smart, or do not think or act the same way that you would expect from a senior manager. What you get from this is a lot of ego's stemming from undeserved titles.
