Pros

Many great co-workers. Very interesting technology.

Cons

Terrible management at all levels. They still treat the company as a "start-up" as an excuse to overwork employees for less pay than could be considered ethical. Sick days are considered a detriment to the company, so are highly discouraged. Constant promises are made to employees by management to keep them happy, only for them to be broken soon after (bonuses/raises, reduced work load, filling important positions, etc.). Promotions are very rare.

Many changes have come upon OCZ. The company has been reorganized into a more effective organization over the last year. Most now refer to OCZ 3.0 since we have become a part of Toshiba.

Pros

Convenient location and overall happiness from leaving such an awful place

Cons

Poor leadership across all management layers, that consist of old-OCZ people who have been destroying company. No real growth or improvement after Toshiba buy-out.

Pros

Actually nothing positive about company itself - your next employer would be much better, even if you are going to work in actual hell. Some people are nice despite the system, that encourages the opposite.

Cons

Senior management and new CEO supported hostile environment that was prevalent before. Management team rearranged but still consists of people from the same clique who put the company into banktruptcy and is unable to foster growth. Many departments are not well-aligned, and confusing structure remain in the present.
