Pros

Great company with an excellent product line. Fair pay for the role, benefits are on par with employer benefits packages Company is well known in the industry Management is supportive and committed to success.

Cons

Some micromanaging from upper management. VP's would often go through daily CRM inputs.

Pros

I can't think of anything. I don't recommend this company at all.

Cons

I highly discourage you to work in this exploitative company. But if you still insist, then get ready to be overworked by the management. In a few months, you're most likely going to be burned out already due to unreasonable number of tasks that the managers will assign you, not to mention the unreasonable deadlines that they set.

Always dead tired

Pros

Maybe you can say that the overtime pay is a consolation, but it doesn't really count because you also worked for it.

Cons

We're asked to work very long hours and we're always dead tired when we're done. We don't get longer or extra breaks even when we have to work 12 hours a day. The mental work is as much as physical work and though it seems simple, they don't understand how exhausting it can be.
