Worked at OCuSOFT for 8 years...it's a great place to work with many long term employees. Good Christian organization, everyone is like family. Many social events for employees, some events include family members & children. They prepare lunch every day in our food court, & for a minimal cost employees can enjoy a varied menu each week, plus a salad bar. Pay & benefits are comparable to other companies in the area. Free online training is provided for a variety of classes & there are opportunities for advancement. A happy, safe environment...where management has an open door policy.

I have worked at OCuSOFT for many years and have experienced the ups and downs along with the company. It's a great place to work that respects its employees loyalty and dedication. There are plenty of ways to get to know employees in other departments through different social functions. The social events cater to the employees and often include employee's children. We have a kitchen where you can order a meal for the day or off of the salad bar. Benefits and time-off is fair. Depending on the department there is a good work-life balance. The company is willing to do advancement training with opportunity for growth in the company.
