      Pros

      Really not any pros to working here unless you are in the Houston area. If you live elsewhere you are treated terribly.

      Cons

      They have written the book on micro management! It seems to be the goal of management to find ways of not paying you what is earned. They keep finding new ways to make doing your job more inefficient and difficult. Management, doesn’t understand simple math and how to realistically forecast so when the numbers come up short, they blame the sales staff and do things to impede achieving the unrealistic goals.

      Pros

      Great benefits, company is eager to help with your success, training over products is detailed and interesting, no manager hovering over you. You are your own manager. Salary pay! Work iPad and iPhone provided for job.

      Cons

      Extensive travel-you use your own car and sometimes the territory could be about 2 hours away. They let you stay in a hotel only if it’s absolutely necessary. Bonuses are paid only every quarter (3 months) and they are kind of hard to hit.

      Most of the lower level employees are good hard working people that become like family after a while.

      Getting some of the people in management to actually listen is so annoying
