      Pros

      Quality products and well-organized positioning to the customer using multiple categories (ie retail, scripts, direct to Dr). Fast order processing for items available

      Cons

      Micromanagement on steroids. They monitor the salesforce so heavily as to create a culture of fear. This may be the leading reason for high turnover. Inventory management and poor communication.

      Pros

      Nothing really. It’s a 5 word minimum and there’s nothing positive about this company. They try to give you smoke and mirrors at the beginning and talk about it being like a family and you quickly realize it’s the most dysfunctional and toxic “family”

      Micromanaging and mistrustful management Management is always lying and giving false promises Overworking and underpaying Taking advantage of their employees Toxic culture Incompetence Poor product development/management The VPs of this company-the poor culture and horrible work environment start with them.
