      Pros

      They paid for insurance when I was employed, but pay is low.

      Cons

      No consideration for your life outside of the job. Your only concern should be your job. Many employees were constantly worried they would be fired at the drop of a hat. Rude upper management.

      Pros

      I worked with OCuSOFT unfortunate for a short term in 2012. I had to move otherwise I would still be an employee. It was a great opportunity and I highly recommend it. Great products recognized by doctors.

      Pros

      Gain sales experience hiring standards are kind of low so if you need that coveted foot in the door, this is the place

      Cons

      The length of your employment is completely arbitrary, they wont hesitate to let you go on a whim the company relies on a sales model that reminds you of a multi level marketing arrangement where your distributors are the doctors. It works, doctors can be talked into selling stuff for you but at some point it gets old, and management will expect blood from turnips
