      Cons

      Get pushed out of your job if they find someone that they know personally to hire. Micromanagement down to tracking every outside movement. Small time optometrists invest just a little money you have to give them many many freebies and exactly what they want and when they want it or the company will terminate you without reason even if your sales goals doubled the companies expectations.

      I really don't want to blame the management for everything that's wrong at work, but I don't see anyone causing it but them!

      Cons

      I don't see how these ridiculous and terrible managers could be qualified for the position when they only show how AWFUL their leadership is! Instead of inspiring and encouraging employees, they're actually the cause of STRESS and having a HORRIBLE life at work!
