      Pros

      Established leads. Good products. Opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      Poor management. Lack of communication between management and sales rep in order to improve. Constantly out of products which leads to vendor changes by doctors which management doesn't seem to understand.

      Pros

      Very innovative, leaders of the eyelid hygiene and dry eye OTC market segment. Very established in the industry. Great reputation with doctors and consumers. Products make a positive difference in quality of life for people with dry eyes and blepharitis.

      Cons

      Payscales much too low for quality of work, demands and requirements of the company. Bonuses paid month after quarter ends- can take four months to collect bonus earned. Managers highly overworked and spread thin. Has feel of a sweatshop.

      None...Run for the hills as quick as you can!

      Cons

      Every decision is "fly by night" with no thinking process behind it. Territory, commission structure, job requirements etc. change on average every 6 months. The expectations of the sales force are unobtainable and unrealistic.
