      Hello, merit raises and bonus's are given out on the contract date for anyone who has been there 90 days or longer and at least meets the expectations of their position. Thank You!

      Great CEO but stuck in old system implementations

      -CEO is incredible. She has contagious energy and shook my hand when she was on center. - they have kept us employed during COVID-19

      - don't develop talent - starting salaries are very low - stuck in old, corporate ways

      The cause they are contracted for is great.

      Cons

      Favoritism, nepotism, lies from HR and upper management. They expect you to do your job without training. If you must apply, stay until you find a better job. Quickly. The company already has a high turnover rate.
