      Great pay and relationships, but benefits are lacking and stability isn't great

      -Great pay -Great relationships with Technology OEMs -Great people to work with alongside the organization -Great work life balance

      Cons

      -poor benefits overall when compared to other companies in the tech space -only 2 weeks of PTO a year and 5 paid company holidays, way below the norm -insurance coverage and Rx coverage rates are abysmal but get the job done -ODP has been very volatile the last 3 or so years and has been constantly changing / revamping their entire product management / marketing teams repeatedly, making it hard to focus in on overall company goals and strategic initiatives
