      Pros

      Wonderful company to work for and culture is great. Bonus is good when you hit your target. The sales managers are the best!

      Cons

      Bonus qualifications change quarter. Everyone that works there, rents, because the base pay is not keeping up with inflation. Not many people are making bonus in 2023 (and everyone had their accounts changed this year).
