CEO, VP, terrible processes, you have to make 50 calls by noon each day. Tools are broken. Micromanage, it’s a failing company, do not waste your time here

Pros

Never a dull moment. Always an operational hurdle that needs to be overcome. You learn a lot about other people's business area's and how to find and solve problems quickly. Day-to-day interactions are fantastic; everyone you'll work with knows what's wrong and knows how to focus to find the solution.

Cons

Barely anyone in a decision-making role learns from their mistakes. The CEO has good ideas and vision, but lacks cohesive buy-in from C-Suite, VP, and Director level personnel. Solid data that tells a bad story is not allowed, so it gets the shine treatment instead. The tech stack is another con. It doesn't align with the GTM strategy so most non-sellers waste their expertise and time with manual work-around tasks.

Only pro at the moment are a few people and some discounts.

Cons

ODP has been one of the most disappointing companies I’ve worked for. While it didn’t start off terribly, the last three to four years have been a steady decline. Leadership has consistently made poor decisions, with executive teams turning over at least once a year during that time. The company is on a clear downward trajectory, and working here is likely to be a waste of your time.
