Friendly management, work from home days.

Cons

Poor pay, you will be managing multi million dollar accounts without reward or incentive. Meanwhile, your peers will be making the same amount of money doing far less work. No incentive to work harder as you will not see any fruits of labor and promotions don't move the needle.
