Pros

- Family owned medium size company with very friendly atmosphere - Great company values - Executive committee puts people first - Corporate workforce is highly motivated - PMO provides direction, tools, techniques, etc while also allowing great latitude to PMs to execute as they see fit within the provided guidelines. - PMs are compensated above industry average in Ohio

Cons

- Company is rapidly growing and is quickly becoming a competitor to larger players in the industry. This is a good thing but comes at the cost of higher workload on on the corporate workforce. Be ready to roll your sleeves up and be a part of a growing organization.
