Lots of OT available. Good growing for experience.

Cons

No room for promotion without being a suck up. Management does not manage, but babies the people who cry if they dont get what they want

Pros

The people I worked with and for cared about me. They appreciated the job I did. They did the best they could to help me get a better job with more pay. I would work with them again. A lot of the managers realized that they would make more profits by being good to the workers. There is usually a lot of overtime available in the end of the year.

Cons

It wasn't perfect. There were people in charge who didn't do their job well and didn't care about us. There was also a lot of turnover sometimes. Sometime you were forced to work 7 days a week.

The values and management team are amazing. The operation manager at Chino is one of the best I have ever worked for. You build relationships that make you want to come back every day and do your best!

Cons

Not many cons. Its a great place to build a career. Pay could be better.
