Friendly management, work from home days.

Cons

Poor pay, you will be managing multi million dollar accounts without reward or incentive. Meanwhile, your peers will be making the same amount of money doing far less work. No incentive to work harder as you will not see any fruits of labor and promotions don't move the needle.

Pros

celebrated employee appreciation month in my first month, received recognition for stepping up to the plate also within my first couple of months and handling a start-up account. my team on the floor was amazing, the supervisor on the floor and my lead on the floor and my operations manager.

Cons

when problems arise in their system between them and customers and both sides are aware of them but don't know how to fix them, apparently, they blame their associates and fire them and give reasons of performance issues and will lie to the unemployment office and say that the employee voluntarily quit and when you have accumulated almost 150 hours vacation and they go to fire you they cash it out at 63.5 hours and say that's all you had. they want all their associates to follow their values but most of management and leads don't, and nothing happens to them
