Company only cares about what they make don't really care too much about their employees. Company is always right no matter what the dealis

Overall, it was an OK experience. I stayed because I loved my management team in my account. Benefits weren't as good.

Different management teams from other accounts are supporting of each other.

Cons

401k matches only 4%. Health care benefits keep rising in cost, we pay more now than last year and get lesser benefits. We work in very old buildings, beaten up and outdated equipment for our associates. HR involvement with associates is non-existent.
