Toxic Workplace at OEC Group

Paid training and eventually get benefits. 1 hour lunch.

Cons

Toxic workplace with supervisor and other coworker. I coworker named Kevin was an excellent worker and amazing trainer. Very toxic, micromanagement, inadequate training and too impatient coworkers who expected everyone to get everything right on their first try when they're new to the job. Physical (poking and staring and micromanaging) and mental abuse, truly horrific experience. I still am struggling coping with the aftermath to this day.

Comfortable work atmosphere and co-workers are what makes the environment. Insurance paid by company.

Cons

Management lacks communication skills. Delegates out loud tasks and is very unprofessional. Management does not listen to constructive feedback. Base salary is low and no to little salary raise yearly. Bonus varies and with the low pay rate should be much higher than what they give their employees. Overworked and no overtime. No position advancement. You can change departments but pay rate will remain even though work load will increase.

Cons

runs like a factory where you are the robot. very stiff. turn over rate is pretty high for this type of business. it's not really what you know in relation to the industry. it's are you obedient. this place reminds you of the china sweatshop factory
