Lots of work hard play hard, company lunches, free food, dinner/happy hours, fun culture for the most part

Cons

too much drama within departments and also between departments

Pros

Excellent team. Great communication between colleagues. On-boarding process was very informative and prepares you for work in the logistics field.

Cons

I cannot think of any real downsides. One thing I would also add is that there is a strong work-life balance.

You do learn a lot about the industry but only from being pushed to the brink with work

Cons

Over worked. Severely underpaid. Terrible and mean management and they literally do not care if you leave. They have rolling interviews so you’re always replaceable
