Pros

I have been here a short time, but in this time I have found the management to be supportive. HR is quick to answer any questions. Benefits are in the upper end of what have received at other companies. The entire office has been very supportive and I feel like I have found a great tribe. The fit for culture is super important to me and thankfully important to them too.

Cons

The only con I have seen so far is that if you want to extend your benefits to your family it is prohibitively expensive.
