OEC Group appreciates your feedback and wants to ensure you of the actions we have taken. OEC offers an internal training program called "The Freight School" which can range anywhere from 1 to 5 weeks depending on the employee's specific role at OEC Group. In addition, our close knit teams provides hands on training to our new team members to ensure their success within the company. OEC Group is currently experiencing a growth phase where we are hiring additional team members to accommodate the market's high workload demand.

Our management keeps an open door policy so that all team members feel welcomed and supported. OEC Group has team members and supervisors who help to facilitate ongoing training even after the new team members complete the "Freight School" training.
