Lack of roadmap makes for a chaotic work environment.

Pros

Anything that is a "pro" is really just the minimum allowed by law. They will brag about how good they are, but the reality is is they are just following the labor laws. Sometimes they have BBQ or have a food truck for lunch. In 2021 this doesn't sound like anything to be excited about.

Cons

Salary, benefits, work environment... work culture.
