Pros
The environment is very welcoming and friendly. Everyone is very nice. I have had numerous questions from both the business users and technical (I am a technical employee who is also a liaison with the business). I have limited experience in logistics and have learned so much from different departments in the short time I have been here.
Employees, Management, and Executives promote and encourage a healthy work/life balance and do believe this is key to employee happiness and productivity.
HR is also very helpful and accommodating both before, during, and after the interview process. In my experience, moving from a company for 12 years into the unknown was daunting at first, but the HR Department answered so many questions and addressed many concerns with ease and clarity.
Cons
low cube walls :). It could be distracting and does take getting used to.
