OEC likes to offer various company events to bring our employees together. This helps to promote teamwork and collaboration. The Guadalajara office is the biggest location in the Northeast region. While we would love to provide growth opportunities to everyone, we do rely on the bi-annual performance review cycle to give promotions and identify company needs. OEC does not tolerate retaliation and encourages staff to approach HR to help with any situations that might be perceived as toxic.

We try to be as accommodating and flexible as possible for our employees. Unfortunately, there are some market conditions that we are not immune to but have resulted in adjusting our strategies to make OEC stable and ready for future growth.
