Pros

Company seems to be growing and is hiring; the work isn't bad and you get to work with and meet some great people.

Cons

The different departments don't get along well and tend to blame each other for things that go wrong. there isn't a lot of team work and seems like it's everyone for themselves. People tend to gossip a lot as well and the team leads some times don't know what they are doing and how to help.

The workload makes the time fly by. Their are various office events that make it an enjoyable place to work.

Cons

There are few signs of moving upward, many individual are there for years with no signs of advancement

Poor management. Upper management is selfish, back stabbing, and sneaky. Power driven with no long term vision for the company. Turn over rate is insane in this company. Heavy workload with low pay.
