Flexible, great family like atmosphere, been working there 4 years now get a raise every year and bonuses in the beginning of the year. Great benefits, opportunities to move up, and most importantly have ability to have longevity within the company.

Cons

Only in Oklahoma or Ft Smith so can't transfer out of state.
