The people who do the work are top notch, they know what they are doing and they do it. Everyone carries their own weight.

Cons

No opportunities to advance, positions dont open up often but when they do, they are pre-filled.

Stable company with great benefits. 9/80 schedule or half day Fridays. Comfortable work environment. Very safety conscious. HR is always very friendly and helpful. Senior management is very transparent in sharing business stratigies.

Cons

Not challenging work at times. Lot of micro managers and control freaks. Inter departmental issues for power struggle.
