Great people to work for & with. Decent compensation. The compensation isn't bad for a company this size.

Cons

People across groups are resistant to working with each other and tend to be very set in their ways. Growth and change tends to be very slow. While there are many regulatory reasons not to let certain groups work together, this company seems to have embraced the concept in most departments.
