I've only been here for 3 months, but I can't say enough about the people, process and service that the company provides. As someone who has worked in this industry for the past 15 years, the Reputation Management services that are provided, down right works. From my experience, it's light years ahead of what else others are doing. The people who work here are helpful and more importantly a ton of fun to work with!

Pros

I love the environment, teammates, and management is outstanding in video and web department. My direct manger Danny G, is the glue that keeps the Reputation Intelligence department sharp and motivated. You can take your lunch break when you want. What I love the most is the opportunity to use my creativity and bounce ideas off of each other in our morning meetings. Jesse L & Mike R are visionaries, respectable, open minded and approachable. Pam M. is a angel from GOD she is honest and will handle any payroll challenge ASAP.

Cons

I wish they allowed at least 10 hours of overtime.

Their ability to reinvent themselves from a audio production company to a digital ad agency is to be commended- I witnessed a genuine regard for reps, production, admin And clients! Growth opportunity for those with talent!
