The quality of work depends on which country /team you are from. If you are stuck with the wrong team/country then forgot any kind of growth - you will learn no new skill also no salary hike.
It looks like only the HQ people in Belgium have the right to do something meaningful.
Some managers could be toxic. Consult with your colleagues and try to escape working in those teams.
Some managers say something and mean something else - this could be dangerous and could also lead to termination.
Work life balance seems to be good but everyone excepts to outperform every task - so keep your weekends open.
The colleagues in HQ particularly seem to be biased. I particularly had a bad experience with the HQ people.
