Pros

This is the American hub of a European company; therefore, the benefits are significantly better than most American companies. It’s also great to work with a diverse group that feels like a family.

Cons

As with many companies, you are expected to take an hour lunch rather than leave an hour earlier. Hard to come up with a con, great workplace.

Good company culture, good coaching of juniors

Cons

Working with a team largely based in Belgium working hours can make collaboration difficult, and the onus is more on us workers to start early than European workers to work late
