      - Without a company car, the offices are hard to reach - The pay is below the market

      Job content is flexible and interesting, colleagues are always eager to help, multinational clients with difficult problem statements.

      Cons

      payment limited by Belgian system/optimizations, still lagging behind technology wise (catching up), Ongoing organizational changes can be disruptive.
