Awesome working environment, very nice colleagues and lot of support from management towards the employees. The company do really care about its employees and you can notice it with all the effort they put into it since the first day.

Cons

Work itself is very complex with a very big learning curve which at the same time slows the development of the employee and his growth opportunities. Employee growth is the main challenge inside the company.
