Pros

Takes good care of their employees. “People” is one of their core values and as such people are treated very valuable. Plenty of extra legal benefits. HQ office provides a number of sporting opportunities like a fitness room, a padel court, volleybal pitch etc.

Cons

Not much to say against OMP.
