      Great environment and diverse job

      Pros

      Pros were that the support system was great and job was very diversified, technical with lots of coding but also other tasks like consulting, training, documentation writing, and analysis.

      Cons

      Cons were low pay, low salary growth

      Good Company | Great Culture

      Pros

      1. Company culture is very good, and people are really helpful and maintain a healthy environment 2. Excellent training is provided to be able to work on the new software suite 3. Employees may get a chance to visit client locations or headquarters 4. One can easily interact with senior leadership, they address issues very well 5. As of now, employees work in hybrid mode, which is a good benefit

      Cons

      No Cons to be honest! Though the Supply Chain Consultant role is techno-functional, it is technical heavy which requires a good amount of time to get expertise on the software suite. If the work profile fits your career aspirations and you're fine with it, there is absolutely no problem!
