      - Steep learning curve with plenty of training and knowledge sharing. - Complex, international supply chain projects. - Supportive colleagues and collaborative culture.

      Cons

      - Workload can be intense during critical project phases. - Compensation progression could be more competitive.

      Not the best paying - not great for older people. The like to hire young and mold

      Didnt find any apart from a free coffee machine

      Cons

      Office politics, They say they have international culture but ground reality is no body cares if you dont know dutch. Feels like a school where manager has to always poke around and ask people to speak in english . Unreal expectations, no knowledge transfers given and still expected to deliver as if I have 10+ years of experience on the application. Hr team is very immature. They dont listen to inputs . Lots of restructuring , unstable company.
