Pros

I really enjoyed my time at On24 . The targets are tough but the management is super supportive and helpful . I learnt so much at my time at ON24 , it gave me a different view of sales and new business . The marketing team works nonstop to create great leads for the sales people and it is a very well oiled machine . Thanks to all I will miss the culture and fun times .

Cons

None really you get what you sign up for and I enjoyed my time at the company

Pay is good however they will work you/ lack of automation and backend frustrations/CEO is very hands on and micromanages/Hubris in terms of product
