Pros

While it's smaller company, they're large enough to have organizational structure that really benefits someone early in their career. I enjoyed the variety of projects and the opportunities to learn.

Cons

I had some issues with the department I worked in with one of the directors, who essentially didn't communicate feedback clearly and wasn't willing to train. HR handled this but I do think it impacted my ability to grow at the company. The salary wasn't great and the benefits were just okay. Long hours, expected you to be at a minimum of 100% capacity and usually up to 150% or more if you were higher up.

Thank you for providing your review. We value your feedback and really appreciate your comments regarding our structure and the variety of projects our staff are able to work on, we recognise that these are really important factors for staff development, so it is good to see these being valued. It is also good to hear that HR were able to provide you with support and will incorporate your feedback into our director leadership programme. If you still feel this issue is impacting your growth, then please do reach out to your line manager / HE partner again so that we can provide additional support. We do benchmark our roles to ensure that they remain competitive and do encourage a sensible work life balance for all our staff. Thank you again for your feedback.
