Pros

-Work from home, which benefits work-life balance -401k, employee contribution match -Full week off for Holiday Shutdown in December -Friendly co-workers and mentors -Opportunities to mentor junior colleagues/ lead in the internship programs

Cons

-Fully remote so losing the opportunity to connect with co-workers. So far, there are not many activities planned for co-workers to meet up, which is important for company culture and camaraderie -Feel less connected to the organization due to the full remote work -Only have the opportunity to interact with those on your direct teams
