None. Culture of bullying and abuse from individuals in management who were clearly racist

Cons

Culturally insensitive organisation with limited racial diversity and a culture of racism and bullying. Abusive to staff making them work overtime with no benefits or extra pay with the threat of job loss at your throat 24/7 to keep you on the hampster wheel

It is based in a nice area

Cons

There is a clear hierarchy and it is clear the managers don’t care about their employees or their work life balance. They don’t care about their development either. The salary isn’t worth it either. They also have a low retention rate.
